Erin A. Brennan graduated from the King’s College Honors Program, magna cum laude, in 1998 and the Villanova University School of Law, cum laude, in 2001.  After graduating from law school, she completed a two year clerkship for the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas.  She later served for two and a half years as law clerk to the Honorable William J. Nealon, Jr., in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Brennan is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association and a past president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Lackawanna Bar Association.  She presently sits on the Lackawanna Bar Association Board of Directors and actively serves on several Lackawanna Bar Association committees, including:  the Diversity Committee; Membership Induction Committee; Personnel Committee; Strategic Planning Committee and the Dinner Dance Committee.  

In 2009, Attorney Brennan received the Lackawanna Bar Association Exemplary Service Award, and she has been named a Pennsylvania Rising Star in 2010 and 2011.  Most recently, Attorney Brennan was the recipient of the Margaret P. Gavin Award from the Young Lawyers Division of the Lackawanna Bar Association. She also holds a BV peer rating from Martindale Hubble.

Attorney Brennan is an active member of the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Poor and on the St. Joseph’s Festival Committee.  She is also an adjunct professor at Marywood University where she teaches Labor Relations as part of the MBA program.

Attorney Brennan focuses her practice in civil litigation.  She has represented a broad range of clients at the trial and appellate levels in both the state and federal court systems.
