A native of Clarks Summit, Kimberly Kost Scanlon is a graduate of the University of Scranton (B.S. in Accounting 1999) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. 2003). After completing her formal education, Attorney Kost Scanlon served as a law clerk for two (2) years to the Honorable Carmen D. Minora in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. Attorney Kost Scanlon was also an adjunct professor at Lackawanna College in the Paralegal Studies Program from 2006 through 2008.

Attorney Kost Scanlon is currently serving her second term as the Treasurer of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Lackawanna County Bar Association, and sits on the Lackawanna County Bar Association Board of Directors. She also sits on social Lackawanna County Bar Association Committees.

Attorney Kost Scanlon concentrates her practice in civil litigation, commercial law, municipal law, school law, real estate and estate planning and administration.
