Michael J. O’Brien graduated from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service with a B.S.F.S. in 2006, and Temple University Law School with a J.D. in 2009. Admitted to the Bar in 2009, Mr. O’Brien was commissioned July 16, 2010 as a First Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He serves as Assistant Solicitor for the City of Scranton and sits on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division of the Lackawanna County Bar Association. Mr. O’Brien also teaches Business Law at Marywood University. Mr. O’Brien concentrates his practice in business litigation, personal injury law, criminal defense and municipal law.
