Robert P. Browning graduated from Dickinson College with an A.B. in 1960 and the University of Pennsylvania with an L.L.B. in 1963. He was admitted to the Bar in 1963. He served as a Law Clerk to Michael J. Eagen, Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania and Federal Courts. Mr. Browning concentrates his practice in commercial transactions, business formation, bank lending, and corporations and partnerships.
